"Chasing Alex," EM Woods' precursor to "Graham's Gift," was a bit of a disappointment. I guess I have no one to blame, but myself. Had I not read the books out of sequence I might have liked it a bit more. As it stands I really liked "Graham's Gift," and found "Chasing Alex," kind of so-so. The truth is I liked the love from afar scenario better when then was actually distance, as opposed to the imagined variety. In the end though I have to admit that even "Chasing Alex," had the HEA I long to love.
